Addressable Market Across Heavy-Duty Diesel Applications such as Marine, Rail, Power Generation, Off-Road, On-Road Trucking
Fuel Savings, validated by real-world Industrial Trials across several global markets
Reduction in Harmful GHG Emissions per Engine plus longer equipment life and greatly reduced overall costs
Hydrogen On Demand Technologies (HODT) is an early stage Silicon Valley-based original equipment manufacturer (OEM) which provides innovative hydrogen solutions to bring about a sensible transition towards clean energy, resulting in a bottom-line improvement today for diesel fleet operations and our planet.
Our onboard Hydrogen generators produce controlled quantities of Hydrogen using minimal electricity from the vehicle and creating a large overall positive impact on engine efficiency and cleanliness.
A small concentration of hydrogen gas is proven to increase fuel mileage, decrease engine wear, and reduce emissions.
Introducing the correct amount of hydrogen into the combustion chamber enhances combustion characteristics for heavy fuel oils such and diesel.

HOD Technologies' patent-pending state of the art design reliably and continuously converts distilled water into hydrogen and oxygen gases through electrolysis in a Proton Exchange Membrane (PEM) cell.
This process uses a small amount of electricity to produce pure hydrogen. Hydrogen is produced by the DHAT while the engine is running, then pulled through the air intake into the fuel/air mixture before combustion.
Completely safe: Hydrogen is only generated when the engine is active, Hydrogen is NEVER stored onboard or handled above the Lower Explosive Limit (LEL) of the mixture with the atmosphere.

HODT isn’t betting on developing battery or hydrogen fuel technologies.
We’re improving emissions today— enhancing the engines that power our global economy.
Our Hydrogenassist technology cuts diesel fuel use, reduces maintenance, and slashes greenhouse gases—all while making fleets more profitable from day one.
It’s been tested, installed, and proven on the ground.
Conducted in the USA on a diesel locomotive by an EPA approved testing firm.
Full testing report is available with an executed NDA
Testing also performed on numerous Truck, Crane and Generator platforms in Japan
Note: the test locomotive emissions are barely visible compared to identical locomotives without the DHAT6000 installed.

HODT’s tech delivers fuel savings of up to 24% and longer engine life—driving 2–4x margin expansion for operators.
Retrofits are fast, modular, and require no external infrastructure—giving fleets full control over integration and rollout.
Global regulations are tightening fast—HODT offers a commercial ready solution that meets ESG and emissions mandates today.
To accelerate commercial rollout, finalize OEM contracts, and expand into high-demand sectors.
